Our painting group has gone on a few trips to the Bruce Peninsula and up the eastern side of Georgian Bay. Two of my favorite places are at Half Way Log Dump Road and Little Cove on ‘the Bruce’. Across the bay, we have painted at 12 Mile Bay, Shawanaga Bay, Pointe au Baril and Bing Inlet. The pink rocks protruding from the brilliant, blue water of Georgian Bay are intriguing in all weather.
