Minden Hills & Haliburton

Picture
Winter Sky, Minden 17.5"x11.5"
Fortunately my preferred medium, dry pastel, is not affected by freezing cold temperatures.  Due to the availability of a cottage in January, we have had a number of winter painting trips to Minden Hills.  It is possible to paint in temperatures as low as -22 degrees C with hand and toe warmers. It forces one to work quickly though!
