From a home base at a cottage on Picton Bay, in the summer of 2018, our painting group found inspiring views at Lake on the Mountain, and along the shoreline of Lake Ontario at Waupoos, Pointe Petre, Wellington Harbour and Sand Banks Provincial Park. I found painting the dunes along the Sand Banks shoreline was a new and intriguing challenge.
